Most messages we receive are about the maps, and they are the most useful ones. To help us fix a marker quickly, please include:

• The map and the marker link. Open the marker and press Copy link, then paste the link into your email.
• What is wrong: the position, the name, the category, or a note that is out of date.
• A screenshot from the game, if you can, showing the right spot on the in-game map.
• Your platform and game version (for example PC, next-gen update), since a few things changed between versions.

If something on the site does not work, tell us which page you were on, what you did, and what happened. Your device, browser and its version (for example "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome 130") make it much easier to reproduce. If your progress looks wrong, export it first from the map sidebar and attach the file.

The site is available in eight languages and native speakers keep it natural. If a sentence reads oddly in your language, or you would like to see a new feature or category, we would love to hear from you.

If you own rights to material that appears on this site and want it credited differently or removed, email us with a link to the page and a description of the material. We respond to legitimate requests promptly. Rights holders of The Witcher franchise can reach us the same way.

For advertising, collaborations or press, please describe your proposal in a short email. We do not sell user data and we do not publish sponsored content without labelling it.

We are a fan site, not CD PROJEKT RED. We cannot help with purchases, refunds, game accounts, saves or crashes; for those, please contact CD PROJEKT RED support or the store where you bought the game. We also never ask for passwords or payment details by email.
